SolarAPP+
SolarAPP+ (Solar Automated Permit Processing Plus) is an initiative developed by the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in partnership with local jurisdictions. It’s designed to automate the permitting process for residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, making it easier and faster for solar installers and homeowners to obtain permits. We have found that many companies are struggling to complete the application process- this is we come in! We deal with all of the application complexities for you.
Symbium
Symbium is a broader platform that offers tools for automating permitting processes for various construction and energy systems, including solar installations. It is not just focused on solar but also offers services to assist with other building and development-related permits. It can handle more than just solar permits and offers a more comprehensive solution for various types of construction and infrastructure projects.

Interconnection
Refers to the process of connecting a solar energy system (or other distributed energy resources, such as wind or battery storage) to the electrical grid. This process ensures that the power generated by your system can be safely fed into the grid when it's not being used on-site, and that the system is compliant with grid standards for safety, performance, and reliability
